Let the pair be a pair
The December 2020 post names these boards The Lawson Twins. Both combine shaped handles with long live edges and visible maple figure, but the two pieces keep their individual outlines.
Big enough for the details
The original account gives approximate dimensions of 29 by 11 by 1 inch and calls out the bow-tie inlays and slight curl in the wood. The details are part of the object, not a separate decoration applied to a generic board.
Shaping and finishing the pair
I shaped and finished both live-edge ambrosia-maple serving boards and added the bow-tie inlays. The boards were large enough for the figure and natural edges to stay visible, so I did not try to make them identical. The inlays added contrast while also becoming part of the construction. I kept the pair together because they were made and photographed as companions, and the name Lawson Twins came from that relationship.

Dimensions are approximate figures from the original post. The photograph documents the inlays without establishing a tested structural performance claim.
