The feature
The chart component retrieves typing-related records, brings values into component state and prepares data for a visual summary. It connects application data with an external chart library.
My part in a collaborative application
I contributed the chart work during the Grand Circus project. The December 2022 commit links directly to that contribution within Celestial Typer.
A different working material
Here the working material is data: retrieval, state, aggregation and presentation. The sequence moves from individual records to a summary that a user can read.
My part in the application
This was a collaborative React and TypeScript project, so I am keeping the credit focused on the work I actually handled. I retrieved the typing data, brought it into component state, grouped the values, and connected the result to the chart library. It was different from my shop work, but the process was familiar: understand the input, organize it, and make the finished result readable to the person using it.
